Steinmandl is 3145 meter high peak in the Natural Park Ötztal. The peak is located 3 km southwest of peak Mittlerer Spiegelkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Martin-Busch-Hütte, located 3km southwest. A little further is bivouac Ramolalm. 3 km east-northeast from the summit there is glacier Firmisánferner, 4 km east-southeast from the summit there is also glacier Kleinleitenferner. The peak is located west of the valley Gurgler Tal.
