Description:
Hinterer Diemkogel is 3398 meter high peak in the Natural Park Ötztal. The peak is located 1.1 km west of peak Schalfkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Fidelitas Hütte, located 3km east. A little further is bivouac Ramolalm. 1.7 km east-southeast from the summit there is glacier Kleinleitenferner, 2 km north-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Firmisánferner. The peak is located southwest of the valley Gurgler Tal. The peak is located above the ridge Ramolkamm.
