Querkogel

Description:
Querkogel is 3448 meter high peak in the Natural Park Ötztal. The peak is located 10 km west from the center of Pfelders - Plan and 10 km south-southeast from the center of Vent and 1.4 km north-northwest of peak Karlesspitze - Cima di Quaira. The nearest mountain hut is Fidelitas Hütte, located 3km north-northeast. A little further is bivouac Ramolalm. 1.8 km east from the summit there is glacier Gurgler Ferner, 1.9 km north from the summit there is also glacier Kleinleitenferner. North of the summit is the valley Gurgler Tal. The peak is located on the ridge Ramolkamm.
