Karlesjoch is a saddle at an altitude of 3255 meters in the Natural Park Gruppo di Tessa. The saddle is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Fidelitas Hütte, located 4km north-northeast. A little further is bivouac Bockhütte. 1.9 km east-northeast from the saddle there is glacier Gurgler Ferner, 3 km north from the saddle there is also glacier Kleinleitenferner. North of the saddle is the valley Gurgler Tal. The saddle is located on the ridge Ötztaler Hauptkamm - Cresta principale Alpi Venoste.
