Karlesspitze - Cima di Quaira is 3463 meter high peak in the Natural Park Gruppo di Tessa. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Fidelitas Hütte, located 4km north-northeast. bivouac Zielhütte is a bit further away. 1.5 km northeast from the summit there is glacier Gurgler Ferner, 3 km north-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Kleinleitenferner. North of the summit is the valley Gurgler Tal. The peak is located on the ridge Ötztaler Hauptkamm - Cresta principale Alpi Venoste, more specifically, on the ridge Ramolkamm.
