Rötenspitze

Description:
Rötenspitze is 3393 meter high peak and is part of the Natural Park Gruppo di Tessa. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Martin-Busch-Hütte, located 5km northwest. A little further is bivouac Ramolalm. 3 km north-northeast from the summit there is glacier Kleinleitenferner, 4 km west-southwest from the summit there is also glacier Grafferner - Vedretta della Grava. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Gurgler Tal. The peak is located on the ridge Ötztaler Hauptkamm - Cresta principale Alpi Venoste.
