Östliche Marzellspitze

Description:
Östliche Marzellspitze is 3555 meter high peak in the Natural Park Ötztal. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Similaunhütte - Rifugio Similaun, located 4km west. A little further is bivouac Ramolalm. 1.9 km southwest from the summit there is glacier Grafferner - Vedretta della Grava, 3 km west from the summit there is also glacier Niederjochferner. South of the summit is the valley Schnalstal. The peak is located on the ridge Ötztaler Hauptkamm - Cresta principale Alpi Venoste.
