Westliche Marzellspitze - Punta di Marzèl Ovest is 3527 meter high peak in the Natural Park Gruppo di Tessa. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Similaunhütte - Rifugio Similaun, located 3km west. A little further is bivouac Ramolalm. 1.1 km south-southwest from the summit there is glacier Grafferner - Vedretta della Grava, 1.8 km west from the summit there is also glacier Niederjochferner. The peak is located north-northeast of the valley Schnalstal. The peak is located on the ridge Ötztaler Hauptkamm - Cresta principale Alpi Venoste.
