After the descent on the western side of Razor at the end and exit from the wall and entry into the Mlinarice, approx. 30-40 m long snowfield with a steep incline and length of about 70-80 m, very dangerous, mandatory crossing to continue the path, crampons necessary, helmet and recommended ice axe. Rocks are constantly falling from Razor!!!

B2, thanks for the reply, actually I couldn't find any data on the web about the water reservoir. Except for the Italian inscriptions in the tunnel nothing else suggests that it's from the Italian period, but not from which time, do you perhaps have that info (before WWI, during the interwar period - Rapallo borders or maybe from WWII? lp Matjaž

...that's hard to say, depends on how fast a pace you have and how quickly you go on the secured path, I who am a bit older need 2:30 - 2:45

For me personally, the descent from Mlinarsko sedlo to Češka koča is more demanding than the descent from Rinka to Ledine.

... today I went for a little visit, marked path from Prvin very icy, recommend crampons. Hut open and good and friendly service.

In the thunderstorm the descent over Gams was the only time in my mountain career that I wished I had crampons on my feet in mid-summer....

The Velika Planina area falls into the Kamnik municipality, but some of these paths are under the management of other clubs, including Domžale. Since not all clubs have enough markers, especially for bigger works, they help each other, not just markers but also other PD members, and so you find Bojan with Domžalčani and Domžalčane with Kamničani; the essence is that the paths get fixed to be safe. At this moment the path is not officially open. But work is being done on it so that this will happen very soon. Given that there was even thought of abolishing and closing the path due to annual nature effects, it is currently very nicely and uniquely renovated, which cost many sweat drops of the boys and girls who worked on it.
