Maybe someone will post more pictures of this nice circular trail when opening the topic nasmeh I walked some unexplored spots on the map from Topolšica towards Uršlja gora, and randomly saw that above Ravne they have something circular between 400-700 m and almost every hillock has its own name nasmeh I wasn't too prepared for orientation, discovered the trail name only at the parking lot zavijanje z očmi so the trail was even more interesting because of that. If we go on it after recovering from the virus it will take about three and a half hours, officially four hours of walking mežikanje beautiful places, diligently marked, interesting views, friendly people and guard dogs. If we go our own way we can visit numerous summits along the trail, but then it's a bit more strenuous and solitary. Nice description on hribi.net list - https://www.hribi.net/izlet/reks_-_rekreacijsko_kulturno_sredisce_ravne_vrholanov_vrh_ravne_pri_sostanju_ravenska_pot/3/2795/6462 or on the page from PZS or PD Šoštanj. lp

Surely we won't be able to avoid debating this topic. It might also come in handy for exchanging information, so we don't clutter nice topics that brighten our day. Maybe use it also for spreading notices if we get sick and were in direct contact with strangers in the mountain world. Stay safe and healthy. Best, Andrej

The man who first skied this gully has passed away. And renounced the roof of the world in selfless help to fellow climbers. May his memory shine bright!

Thanks.
We used: Dome2 (tent), Nemo Tensor (mat) and Mammut protect down bag (sleeping bag). Plus all the rest for body protection.
Pretty serious conditions every time this winter for overnighting, especially with wind and ice/rain.

If anyone is crossing these days, there are almost ideal conditions for hikers. For skis, nice section between Mala Kopa and Areh with some dry terrain at Šumiki. Water is plentiful on Pohorje, so no point in carrying it with you except emergency reserve. You can sleep safely and easily outdoors even in winter with enough protective gear for ca. -10°C. Wildlife (except humans) is plentiful mainly at night...

Really hardworking both!
Otherwise as Zlatko already wrote - who put together this variant into the official path and named it after Preboldvelik nasmeh

With curious looks into exceptional natural passages you always make us lust for the world around Bistrica, as always - thanksnasmeh

Volk who walked everything here and carefully noted approaches, named them in this area by starting points (from cave left and right, from hospital, towards Petkove njive,...) and also noted that in your approach direction there might have been a pasture long ago, after which the ridge above it is named. Most things also known by Pastirica and Franca, and SilvestrO who is of the slyer sort, just posts some pic as riddlemežikanje If any of them recalls some old name.

Black is quite easily accessible from the marked path. The other nubbins (clear name or not) are more hidden in the plateau. Especially the complex choice of crossings in the loop they made stands out, nice, we'll follownasmeh

I'll dust off the topic a bit. Today from Bela over the Alničje ridge (by mistake we hit a beautiful but completely abandoned entry variant that connects the eastern path to the ridge) and then to the crystal-clear horizon from Stamare. Back first past Kraševec to the mine, then directly our way to Gajškova and back in a loop. Nice places. The descriptions of these crossings on Hribi.net are already heavily worn by time and it would make sense to refresh or remove them. Well, if we're used to such terrain, no need to explain how we enjoy themnasmeh

No no Nejc, be a bit more detailed bro, and you'll see that I placed myself among those same people in the text (because I'm no better). But you immediately jump to personal level, ha? Typically the favorite exercise of frustrated internet keyboard-warriors - bravobig smile
Thanks for the explanation Drago. Still, I haven't noticed such pronounced intervention in natural passages anywhere else. Here and there a branch, sure. But cutting almost a new path into the slope, no.

Probably we all agree that thousands of people at once have no business in the seven-kilometer-long Logar Valley. Or take the example in the neighboring valley - that we were really 'soulful', that in just a few years we turned the former modest shepherd's Matkov paths into visible tracks from afar. What is the reason that like crazy herds we rush every nice day to the same mountain peaks, everyone will have to answer that themselves. Of course, we are no longer capable of such self-reflection. So only one solution remains, which each of us would implement in the same form out of desire for profit, if we were in some kind of authority position. Seen too many times and at all levels of decision-making, for anyone (including me) to claim otherwise. Let me be forgiven by the few individuals who still have a moral compass.

Come on, did anyone even read the above link (where the journalist deliberately misleads with the title)? They closed the valley once, on European Mobility Day. Otherwise it remains unchanged. A few km walking in Logar hasn't killed anyone yet.

Similar short loop like Trobec three years ago. Kozji vrh is already a bit overgrown with larches. Further on it's relatively easy, in places also quite well trodden. At those three or four places you must have orientation points in memory to go in the right direction. On the descent from the pass I make the standard mistake, when due to the marks I no longer follow where I'm walking. Lower down I thus realize that the quite collapsed path to Javorovo sedlo is officially closedzmedenoh well, short off-trail to the other variant, thoughts in free flow and a bit more white road to the starting point. Nice places.

Milan found a trail 30km straight line (GPS corridor 10m), so we went from Sv. Bolfenka church towards Mislinja. 3km before the goal (40km terrain walked) my foot injury stopped us. Special and very demanding experience, where the terrain doesn't let you breathe. Hardest are gorges Šumik and Mislinjski jarek. At some places we used ice axe, we also had rope with us. We met quite a few locals (chamois). Next year whole thing in opposite direction. Although I thought I had lots of fitness, for repeat it'll need another levelnasmeh

Park before entry into mini valley then steeply up. For Akle (two slightly harder spots) and Starec (narrow ridge before summit and awkward descent over fallen trees) everything's already written. Followed nice passage up and left, where easiest entry to gully requires a bit of searching. At decision point I erred and chose right vegetated gully (correct one is left or middle, far left is tiny). Noticed error too late, consequences quite serious as I climbed two and a half hours in impassable world of extremely steep scrub. Though body long signaled way over limit, mind held. Mind switch, some airy rock II's I don't notice anymore, short gap suddenly in right direction. Just out, out of captivity... To Javorov vrh regenerate destroyed quads, then good mental planning into precise steep descent this valley side to starting morning point. Nice loop, and solitary spots.
