Hi everyone, I got the idea to do the tour in the mentioned direction. Wonder if anyone has done it already (I mean in snow). Where do I need to be especially careful?

I planned the tour like this: first day start from Jezersko to Jezersko sedlo at 5am already (via Žrelo - Ledine), then towards Okrešelj. Next day through Turski žleb to Kamniška Bistrica.

Wonder how feasible this is time-wise?

And how are the snow conditions in this area?



Thanks, and if anyone else is interested, we can arrange to go together? I'd stretch the tour over two days.

As for the via ferrata kit: we don't teach this because it's fun to drag iron on iron. Mainly because stones loosen and they have no timetable. A stone hits a person on the hands and look, the person falls. Nowadays it's not unusual for a moment of weakness and you let go of the cable. In both cases the consequence can be death. If there's no via ferrata kit, at least have a makeshift one, because if it saves a life once, its function is fulfilled. Think like that. First love yourselves and do the most for yourself. Since I'm a member of AO Kranj, I call it our ferajn, otherwise alpinism section Kranj, which has an intro lecture today for those interested in how things go in our alpinism section.

Come tomorrow to our crew in Kranj, where we have an introductory lecture. Everything is on our site, as for where is better and how it is, if you ask me: every crew offers knowledge, every crew has answers to your questions. When you want to climb, at the start you'll ask alpinists if someone takes you or older trainees. That's it because you're not skilled in all maneuvers and need mileage for the hills. But long bolted routes can be climbed pretty fast. Sure, the company must fit too and so you quickly find with whom you match and start collecting mileage.
I'm very glad to be part of the Kranj crew and that I enrolled with them.
