In Pak near Velenje, a very beautiful natural bridge is hidden. Locals also call it Vilinja peč, because fairies are supposed to bathe in the healing water.
Once it was a cave whose roof collapsed, water carved a window similar to Šivanka's ear. Behind the window there are also 2 multi-meter waterfalls, which today were not very watery.

Above Brelo in Makarska there is an interesting educational trail on the remains of the so-called French road. The road, which was never completed, is nicely laid out in switchbacks; the gradient does not exceed 6%. Similar to the Premužić trail, this one is masterfully built by stacking stones.

Kogel has long been planned, today finally everything fell into place. Morning in the hut all wet, tons of slugs, watch your step
We went up via Gamsov skret, down via the marked path over Kokrsko sedlo.
Around Kogel full of chamois, we counted at least 40.
Some snow patches still on the path, but all can be bypassed.

Some pics from two trips to Triglav Lakes hut (27. and 29.4.). Road to planina Blato open from Thursday for all visitors, normal drivable.
Still plenty snow, starts ~30min above parking.
On foot no big deal, snowshoes or skis, esp after 10 when it sinks nicely

The road to Blato is open and passable. Yesterday they were still repairing the verges, today it was all fine.

Velkavrh, like me, just said in which end the habitats are, none of us gave exact GPS coords, so no need to get upset

Yesterday morning, Janez and I drove towards Podvežak. We left the car about 45 min walk before the pasture; it was 5:30 when we started hiking. The snow was hard and great for walking all the way to Korošica. Somewhere along the path, we heard grouse, maybe rock ptarmigan too, but no sight of them. On the ascent, the snow softens. Janez goes to the summit, I wait for him about 10 min below, then we descend together to Korošica. We make a detour to Molička and then back to the starting point. On the return, the snowshoes were very useful; without them it would be "pure hell".
At Korošica, someone forgot to close the container door, now it's full of snow.
Otherwise, a wonderful day, maybe a bit too warm for the season.

Today again up here. As usual start from Zaha then hunting path. Soon see chamois but too fast and far to photo. Full of fawns today, especially at ivy heart tons of them.
Over rocks to bench and to bivouac where chamois surprises me again...probably same as before. Except downed trees from snowbreak path without features. Really windy today.

Today to Kamniško Saddle from the bottom. Snow probably still ok early morning, for me already softened on ascent, on descent even more.

Today up via Mala Ojstrica and descent to Korošica. Back to car via hunting path under Lastovec past hunting hut.
Above hunting hut path lost in clearing, need to search a bit.
Rest without issues, lots of visitors around today
