Free Friday, and I decided to wander a bit towards Krvava peč, which I see every day from home. Start from Žaga settlement along the marked trail to Kisovec, and after 150 meters straight up the gully, uphill. 200 meters elevation, and over 2 rocky jumps, right onto the ridge and along it to the grassy slope, where I caught the first section of the hunting trail. To Podkrajnik for a short break and back on the hunting trail.
The trail is initially easy to follow and chain helps on steeper sections, later in the forest it's covered with leaves, so one quickly strays off it. After a few minutes walking I reach a great viewpoint under the largest cliff of Krvava peč. From here the trail starts descending slightly back towards the marked trail. I miss the bend and suddenly find myself under the power line from Žaga to Dom na Kisovcu. I start descending off-trail but soon hit the marked trail. Along this trail back to start. Markings very faded in some places, which doesn't help much on such unkempt trail where leaves cover it. Descent of nearly 450 meters elevation, over the gully where I started and already at the car.
Nice, solitary spots with wonderful views towards Črna valley.

Has anyone been on this path? Starts at Jermanci, leads to marked path to Kamniško Saddle. Is it trodden in summer? Easy orientation?
