On Tuesday (12.07.) I was in these parts.
On the pre-peak of Debeli vrh, which rises majestically above the Fužina pastures. Above Lazoviški pass, my friend and I were greeted by crowds and a beautiful path to the pre-peak. Unfortunately, we ran out of time for the main peak.
The views are wonderful. Despite the drought, plenty of edelweiss.

Above the table with the guestbook in the Gomišček shelter on Krn, a poem about the silver krvomočnica is pinned. These days it is in full bloom on the Krn slopes.

To continue, tufted rampion, protected species. I first admired this flower in the Alpine Botanical Garden Julijana. Yesterday near the San Marco hut in the Dolomites.

Hi, since you're planning bus transport to Robidišče, here's another path. It starts right after the border and former checkpoint left upwards. This path is partly also the Camino Celeste path. The path leads us to the road above Čarni Varh. From here then the ascent to Ivanac. The path is marked.

Golica and daffodils: by train to Jesenice, ascent via Jelenkamen, Pristava, Španov vrh, saddle Suha to Golica summit, descent past the hut and Planina pod Golico.
A nice circular route.
The daffodils are magical. Their dance in the wind enchanted me. Treasure of nature.

Brett, the post dated 7.5 26 was my first post on hribi.net.
The post is more of a notice about the possibility of transport to Breginj, but I hiked the ridge path on 16.04., and the attached photos are also from that day. The post from 13.5. is the path over the ridge, from one valley to another. There is also a lower altitude here (bivak Hlek 1226nm), which is why there are greener trees and meadows.

Our longest ridge has several beautiful and varied approaches. From the north and south sides. On the south side from very steep ones like - ascent from Breginj to Muzca or Stol, from Brezij to Breški Jalovec, from Kamahta to Lanževice -
to almost flat serpentines from Vškorša to Križ saddle. Today, however, along the steep path from the village Potoki to Hlek bivouac
/short and sweet ascent/, a bit along the ridge and descent down the north side to Trnovo ob Soči.

I hiked this trail on Saturday 9.5., first up the steep path to Tolsto Košuto, then after descending to Malo Košuto. Short and sweet.

This is on the way to Matajur. At the beginning of the path when turning from the cart track onto the path on the Slovenian side.

For a hike from the bivouac below Muzec (or Stol) to Kobarid (i.e., part of the ridge), bus transport to Breginj is possible. From Kobarid to Breginj on weekdays, the bus departs at 6:15.
