I'd like to go via Plemenice, but I'm curious about the path's condition? Is there still lots of snow and how are the fixed protections holding up, given there was lots of snow this winter.

but I have to correct those five students a bit, because from 24 to 25 August they had some private party, so I slept only 3 hours and still set off to Škrlatica the next day. After talking to one student about the evening before, that evening was complete silence, as befits huts, and I slept a good eight hours.

Triglavski thanks. There was a change of plans, so we'll head from Loška Koritnica, over little Mangart and bad saddle to Mangart top. Then on Italian side to the saddle, past red rock back to Koritnica. Daytime of course.

Triglavski, if you were up today tell me if it's worth going up at night via Kugy path or via plemenice. I plan to go from Saturday to Sunday (if weather nice or night clear) because full moon.
