Then this misleading entry on Hribi.net (mountain description) needs to be corrected.

Dobrač Dobratsch is a massive mountain range west of Villach. Its highest peak is 2166m Kuhriegel, which is known as Dobrač. That's how it's described, I didn't make it up. Regards!

19.03.23. Kuhriegel, which has taken the name Dobrač or Dobratsch in German. Cross on top, just a few meters below it a Slovenian church. Dobrač has two almost equally high peaks, only about 30m apart. On the eastern of these two peaks is Europe's highest church.
Just a few dozen meters below both peaks is the mountain hut (Ludwig-Walter-Hütte) near which stands a 160m TV tower visible from afar. Didn't go the marked path because too deep snow, but the road which was compacted, smoothed and frozen in the morning, so crampons came in handy. Lots of hikers especially ski tourers. Weather acceptable for walking, morning clouds which were breaking up and sun warmed us on descent. Villach mountain road supposed to be paid, but at entrance, barrier and hut wrapped in transparent foil (protected from weather) this time no attendant. Nice easy tour with wonderful views.

Yesterday to Dovška Baba 1891m., beautiful circular tour. Start above Dovje village past pl.Rožca to top Dovška Baba wonderful views all directions, then ridge (snow patches nicely passable no crampons) to Hruški vrh 1776m., saddle under Klek 1753m. past Matkova hut to Planšarska koča on Hruška planina, descend to Rogarjev rovt nice gravel road to start.

27.03.22., Starting point Pl. Kosmačeve Rastke, then along nice transverse marked path to pl. Cirkovnica, then macadam road to hut on Loki pod Raduho, which upper part is still mostly under snow, locally ice. From hut onwards snow, which morning sun immediately melted so snow blanket broke through here and there, especially on return.

07.12.2019, 6 am, quite foggy, nothing indicated a good day. The closer I drive to Vršič, the more the sky opens and shyly shows its blue. We put on winter gear, leave poles in the car and wade into quite crusty snow. It broke through strongly towards the gully to the ridge, then poetry, just right hard for nice walking to the top, of course with crampons and ice axe. Beautiful blue sky without a breeze. At the top we meet a couple of ski tourers, chat nicely and take photos. This wonderful weather encouraged us to tackle Great Mojstrovka too. Really something hard to forget.

10.11.2019, Wonderful Sunday morning more like early spring than start of winter which started showing teeth 500m higher, wildlife still holding on at foot of Krn, chamois grazing in pleasant sunshine.
With friend, equipped with all winter gear though didn't need it as track already made though narrow in spots, slowly walked to top, snow meter by meter more, near meter before summit, fine without crampons. Weather pure poetry you could wish for, views gorgeous unforgettable.

9.6.2006, was at summit via Korenova, from top visible lots of snow still, worth waiting another week.
