On Saturday 19.9. from Trenta to Jalovec. Forecast bad, actual weather excellent, no wind and fog only in Tamar. Plan over Jalovško škrbino up and past hut down. Missed turn for škrbino, turned out perfect as we lightened packs at hut. Path from hut demanding. Much free climbing. For me hardest before ridge exit (very steep, full of scree) and ridge path (very airy and narrow). Expected easier path. Hut friendly caretakers Nada and Marija served great ričet and jota, then strudel. Great trip.

In the gully on the climbing route no snow. At the exit from the gully neither. Just nasty, nasty scree slope that requires a lot of caution.

Is the path from Logarska over Križ dry?

Over Škarje to Klemenča cave. One bigger snowfield under Ojstrica wall crossable with care, or bypass from below back on marked path without returning uphill, better variant imo. Rest bp.

Today up Kopinškova. Without winter gear no problem. The problematic snowfield is only five steps long and passable. Or bypass it three meters lower.

Has anyone been up Kopinškova?
Is there still any snow?

As long as you diligently report conditions to us and attach nice and useful pictures, you can also report your achieved time, which seems completely OK to me.

Today to Skuta via Žmavcarji. Weather ideal for hiking but no views. Before entering the wall still two snow patches but footprints are well trodden so with a bit of care crossing is no problem. Quite some people at the top. From Koroška Rinka to Ojstrica all in fog. Descended past Cojzova koča, all dry here too and no issues.

There can also be crowds via Plemenice. Photo taken at Luknja on Friday around 8:30. Twice as many people behind me.

I counted from left to right. If it's off then PANDA please tell me which peak is on the left side. The more I look the more I think I'm right.

Yesterday walked the mentioned path with friends Mičota and Marjan. Weather ideal, lots of hikers. First time through Turski žleb and it went without problem. The path through the gully is excellently secured. For the path used 8h 30min. Views were fantastic. And some pictures.

Does anyone know the current conditions over Knipsovo sedlo? (is the path trodden, are crampons needed)

On Sunday 16.05. I would go to Peca via Knepsovo sedlo from Topla. I read the path is not marked. I'm wondering if the path is well trodden so I don't get lost?
