Not much to photograph. Last week I climbed the right one, crumbly ice and lots of snow on easier parts. For approach central would be ok but with pretty full pants hidden, plants none at all...

In Gamsov skret snow starts in the gully under Koglom, but during the day it gets really mushy and breaks through, gaiters recommended. Via Žmavčarje probably similar, snow probably starts on that long scree under the bivouac. Up on the Podi less snow, just enough to get soaked, Skuta summit dome generally dry but due to recently passed winter even more loose than in summer, so caution. Best regards

At first it's still fairly traceable, then it fades out gradually. We looked for it once in December with very little snow, but soon had enough and crossed over the ridge down to Zadnjica. Dry and with some patience you can probably find the passages. Maybe easier to find from above at the hunting hut, where it looks preserved, some crossings over gullies collapsed, so careful. If lost, you can descend any gully to the mulatjera anyway.

I was there the day before New Year's Eve. Road passable with better car to Jermanca. Further about 30 cm snow, in drifts to half meter, didn't need crampons, turned a bit above Pastirci because really windy and hut closed anyway so no real sense going up. Couple more there that day so watched to Pastirci, further to saddle dunno, looked pretty blown. Now probably similar, maybe a bit less snow.

Erjavčeva is closed, they open it on Dec 17, then it's open all the time until New Year, a bit before New Year they open Mihov dom too.

The road to Vršič from both sides is normally drivable, to Vratice the path is completely dry, further on it's snowy but no panic. There is little snow, where the path is trampled it can be a bit frozen so step carefully. Otherwise the snow melts quickly, the plain with lakes is now dry, plenty of visitors.

A bit above the 2nd serpentine there's a small parking lot, up to there it's plowed. Further on foot, without snowshoes or touring skis harder, but yesterday afternoon a snowcat was messing around and spoiled the innocent whiteness. No idea why, hope it didn't go to the top. Mihov dom was open yesterday.
