Yesterday we set off for this 3-thousander. Through the Karawanks tunnel. Tunnel toll 6.5€ one way. The starting part of the path reminds me of the path from Vršič pass to Jalovec. You walk more than an hour but don't make any significant elevation gain. To the hut we took less than three hours. To the summit another two. The ascent is demanding, exposed at the start of the ridge. Don't forget sunscreen and fluids. The stone blocks are covered with some fluorescent green lichen. Weather was great
