Becar, I agree that the forum's quality is hampered by non-argumentative responses, so I'll reply anyway, although I think my stance is clear from previous posts. And I too am slowly getting fed up with you, if we're at it.

This is what you wrote last.
"Dear hribi.net users. Instead of supporting me in the fight against individuals who:
- have multiple usernames and repeatedly give minuses to targeted victims
- rate the best photos with the lowest score
- give minuses to someone who just posts route conditions,
you preferred to mock the idea, start needling on a personal level and divert attention to other topics.
And among other things, that's why the forum will remain at this level. Do we deserve better? Apparently not. BECAUSE WE PREFER TO QUARREL RATHER THAN DO SOMETHING CONSTRUCTIVE."
My response to this is, yes, I don't fully agree with you because in my opinion you have the wrong approach and debating who gives pluses and who gives minuses to whom is ridiculous and trivial and won't solve anything and I don't intend to get into it.
Then let this plus/minus system be abolished if it causes so much grief, at the same time delete users (possibly with prior warning) who obviously only insult and provoke and not just delete their tasteless and offensive messages. I'll go further and add that the peak of tastelessness is the admin's arbitrary changing (shortening, splitting) of users' posts without prior warning, explanation or author's consent. This sometimes completely loses the meaning of the post, as it's taken out of context and additionally altered, same as if the admin wrote a post in my name without my consent.
I'm not talking about posts like Peter46, that's clearly ripe for full user deletion. Without warning or explanation.
I believe adminning is an annoying thing, but the forum's quality depends on it and it's been pointed out more than once that quality is declining.
I'm participating in this thread exclusively because I want the admins to wake up a bit. But obviously wasting time if Peter46, a great example of forum flaws, is still among us.
