Today I was again on Blegoš. Weather pleasant and suitable for "lazy" walk:
Črni Kal - Prva Ravan - Summit - Hut on Blegoš - Č. Kal.
Early hour not too many people. In the hut surprise: friendly smile from behind the bar, quick service, excellent crackling potica,...
Big change from last year, when reception was very unfriendly or rejecting!

Let me also describe this Blegoš. I've been to the summit many times before, but today I tried the path from Tuškov grič via Črni vrh, Smoletovše and Slugov grič to the hut for the first time.
Didn't go to the summit this time, it was already too hot, but along the way I got views, raspberries, even some blueberries and mushrooms! 
From this forum and the hut's logbook, I see few of you go to Blegoš this way. I recommend this path for a change if you want a bit more walking, but not much elevation gain. I took two hours to the hut, back one and a half; the path mostly through forest (shade) and varied, up and down. Fully marked, no orientation issues. Happy trails!

Today morning foggy Ljubljana, in Medvode already nice views towards Kamnik Alps, Julian Alps and Škofja Loka hills. Goal Blegoš, at Črni Kal tons of cars. Path dry without features, towards summit snowy, crampons not necessary but can ease descent. On summit super views all around, no wind, hikers enjoyed summit and at hut. New keepers already diligently working, enough guests to be joyful. Little dog walked diligently, one deer also super, snail bad....

Today to Blegoš from Črni Kal. Road normally drivable, path from hut to Blegoš summit icy in places. Friendly staff at the hut, also quick service.

Today on Blegoš (actually from Martinj vrh) via Črni Kal along the ridge to the summit and to the hut, back via Prvo Ravan to Črni Kal.
I'm writing to warn about winter conditions and necessary gear!
Most hikers today were without crampons, even just in sneakers and struggled hard (and risked) on icy sections of the path along the ridge to the summit...  Under a couple of cm of snow it's ice like on a skating rink - I can't imagine getting up without crampons! Several said crampons stayed home because they didn't expect winter conditions on Blegoš. Also icy sections from summit to hut. Path via Prvo Ravan currently very muddy, a couple of meters icy too.
So use your head, crampons in backpack, mountaineering boots on feet, happy trails!

Blegoš from Čabrač along ridge, on Thursday, March 5th before Friday snowfall. Snow on path starts on ridge, a bit before Prva Ravan (about 5 cm). On summit hard, partly windpacked (about 15 cm).
After Friday snow gaiters probably won't be superfluous

Blegoš is a very popular peak. Also yesterday (21.3) quite some cars at Črni Kal (despite movement restrictions), but I don't problematize that.
PD has organized "Blegoške korenine" action for years. Visitors join by signing in the appropriate book (notebook). Hut is closed, but notebook still available in shelter behind hut. Problem arises when visitors touch the notebook. Believe me, it poses a potential infection source!
So I suggest to visitors to avoid the notebook, to PD to remove it and end signing season!!
Practically only the month of April and a few March days lost. Let them start new season when epidemic over (even in June or July?)
Until then hikers to computers or albums in hands to relive memories of mountaineering hikes!

Today after January again up, but instead of from Leskovica this time from Črni Kal. This path has nicer views and is more suitable for some beginners and small children.
Top 360° views: from Kanin, to the end of Košuta ridge and from lj basin to Snežnik. Almost no wind was blowing.
Hut open, quite a few visitors.
But be careful that there's complete closure on the road Javorje-Murave if you want to get to this starting point. I came from Žirovska side, and also those coming from Škofjeloška side must use detour. I went through Volča-Malenski Vrh-Dolenja Ravan-Dolenja Žetina-Gorenja Žetina. And then to Črni Kal. Road is very narrow, winding and extends the whole drive by cca 20min.

Volče is near Tolmin (Volča). You don't go to Gorenjo Ravan, but to Dolenjo Ravan....Detour goes past...Easiest and fastest through Suša, from there you have direct to Črni Kal or to Dolenjo Žetino

You are right, julika, about Ravni; I looked poorly at the Google map. I'll correct it in the original description.
But it is true that there is also a turnoff to Suša and from there direct to Črni Kal. But I had in mind the description from Hribi.net and there the place in the road description is Gorenja Žetina. And I wanted to get to that place.
I declined Volča, so I wrote Volče. I had in mind the place Volča
