The peak on the 6th picture is called Roten Turm by the Austrians. It's not named anywhere among us, at least not that I know.
It's a nice panoramic, double-headed peak between Savinjek and Matko's Window.

The path to Brana was snow-free on 8.9.2015, but in the early morning and forenoon it can be frozen. Good luck!

Yesterday the path to Brana was dry, snow-free. I was up in the forenoon and nothing was frozen.

Has anyone been to Brana these days, what are the conditions like? I plan to go tomorrow morning, hope there'll be some decent weather. If not then just to the saddle

Conditions should be like in the whole summer season, since if the king of KSA isn't whitened then here at 2200m even fewer chances.

At Kredarica, the camera shows practically no snow left... so 300 m lower and KSA usually have less snow than the Julian Alps... I think there shouldn't be any problems.

Some snow on the path over scree and some ice in the gully before plateau.
No major problems though. Goes without crampons.
