The stamp, I think, is perfectly fine. Two weeks ago I was up there, but it's true I couldn't stamp because the pad was dry as pepper. Take ink or your own pad.

Today we set off for Brana. From Jermanca we started at 5.15h. Light breeze cooled us to the saddle. Further to Brana it was a bit hot. We arrived at the top at 7.20h. Then descent along the mighty walls of Grintovci.

Alpin, hats off to you. But I gotta say you've got me so excited with this paragliding that the devil himself won't stop me from at least doing a tandem once, if not signing up for a course  . In my opinion it's a whole different perspective on mountaineering, and you don't even have to hike down

Since I failed in June, today I went again from the parking under Rinka to Brana. Unfortunately on the path through Brana's north face I didn't meet many hikers with helmets, but I met a family of chamois that were kicking stones. Given the presence of chamois and of course hikers on this well-known path, I really wonder if the cost of a helmet is that high. Whoever has experienced stonefall barrage knows what I mean. Anyway, nice path, maintained, some scree on the steps, in short another wonderful day in our mountains! B.R.

I'm interested which path to Brana is the safest, and if it's more difficult than the one to Ojstrica that goes first over Little Ojstrica.

Since there's only one marked path to Brana, you don't have much choice. But as garmont wrote. The path (in the lower part) is very exposed to falling stones. Helmet mandatory. As for comparison with Ojstrica, to me they seem about equally difficult.

Does anyone maybe know how the road to Jermanca is? Given the quite a bit of rain, I'm a bit worried if you can go up by car....

14 days ago I was up there. Well, it goes slowly, at some places quite "holey". Especially watch out for one left bend, quite torn up, especially with low undercarriage. Road is also quite narrow at some places.

Today it was really fun on Brana. But north side is quite icy, so gotta watch out not to slide into Logarska dolina.

On Saturday climbed Bosova grapa, jumps almost completely bare, here and there a patch of ice. Other parts to Podkaptanova glava covered with snow (ca. 30cm), continuation through bushes. Gotta try Wisiakova this week, looked better iced.
