This is nothing but coercion to vaccination, and control over people!!! Given that vaccines are only in phase 3 testing (condition for vaccination was declaring pandemic), this is a violation of all human rights.

Sensible though. Why should vaccinated go to quarantine? Also damage for his employer (or budget if covered from it or we all pay for such stupidity).
Sensible would be to excuse also recovered too.
But I'm glad it's (will be) introduced in our socialist-egalitarian Slovenia. Now just need to excuse vaccinated from wearing masks. Like in USA.

Yeah, for Asians "common good", or "sacrificing for the community" is a higher value than for Westerners. Both in good and bad. So that I don't go too much into the past on Japanese soldiers in WWII (school example)... does anyone remember the sinking of the Korean ferry, I think 2014? When passengers literally "voluntarily" drowned. When they were already up to their necks in water, they still sat calmly, because the crew assured them everything was under control.

Because they calculated that such an offensive would cost them, say, about 2 million soldiers. Because the defense would be so fierce, every village, heck, every shack separately would defend.
True, the country was on the wrong side of the war, but people would defend their land, for them it would be a foreign aggressor.
Here, that's the sense of homeland, society and general good. With us, if someone just waved a weapon a bit, they'd scatter already. And not only in Slovenia.
And the atomic bombs weren't decisive either, although Americans threatened that at latest the fourth, fifth would go to Tokyo. What finally crushed Japanese was fear of their neighbors Russians. Them who threw soldiers at Germans as cannon fodder to wear them down (which according to some German officer's account decades later almost happened) really wouldn't mind sacrificing another 2 million people.
And Japanese of course also knew what regime they'd fall under and here another of their traits we lack came in handy: pragmatism. So they rather surrendered to Americans. Although true, their pragmatism somewhat failed when they attacked Pearl Harbor. They knew exactly Americans wouldn't stand by idly.
