Dragon described our behavior in this "corona crisis" quite well. There at the stores I'd add that now everyone really wears them (masks), but approx 50% incorrectly. Even some of those serving.

Primož - probably yes. Someone will calculate Nntp (numbers needed to prevent) one day. And let's keep fingers crossed that proven benefit on one side is great, harm small. Until then, let's follow the measures well, which are prescribed anyway out of care for our health (properly placed masks, distance, regular disinfection of hands and work surfaces). There's nothing else available in the fight against the invisible thing. Good luck and stay healthy!

It's hard to follow all government measures and medical advice. That would mean you're home all the time, no contacts. You order food online, that's it. If you go to work, to the store, you're already "violating" medical advice. Because you can order food home. So most people who think they're following measures, advice are lying to themselves, to others

With masks it's like with medicines. They help with something but have side effects too. What is better will show in time. I don't know why living beings breathe then, since we could have the same air in lungs all the time.....

primož, if there's practically no difference in oxygen in blood with or without mask, I don't know why you constantly take it off and put it on in the mountains when you meet someone...... If it's not harmful, keep it on your face all the time, and selfies will be even better

We too often forget about proper mask use. Suppose you have it on correctly, but someone runs past you who only has it over their mouth. Or not even that. Sweaty, out of breath, on a narrow trail, half a meter away, because there's no room to step aside for each other. In his "aerosol", if I may call exhaled air and sweat that, there might be COVID-19 virus too. And if you then, after that person passes, put your mask under your chin or on your forehead, wiping that "aerosol" that may have built up on your face nicely with its inner side, and when the next one comes towards you, you put it—with the mask—straight on your nose and mouth. And you're there... https://www.gov.si/assets/vlada/Koronavirus-zbirno-infografike-vlada/Infografike/maske2_lektorirano.pdf

Hey, turbo, that's real panic-mongering. The probability of infection transmission that way is comparable to winning the lottery. No point even thinking about it. Precisely that the government keeps pushing its totalitarian principle of dictating even the most trivial things, instead of focusing on what's important, is a major reason why so many people think the measures are idiotic.

The share decreases only when it hits them personally. When they lose a loved one or get a severe case themselves. Until then, just hammering away...

jax, a while ago I was often in contact with people working on COVID wards, I even had business in those rooms myself. Talks with medical staff, from the waitress to the head doctor, made me think about a lot. I totally agree with your lottery comparison and minimal infection chance, but often the devil is in the details. About measures I won't, my opinion is just mine, whereas my adherence to rules of conduct, mildly put, concerns us all in these times and so I behave accordingly.

Yeah, just what we need, paranoia about aerosols I picked up on Kozica last time, because someone passed by two days earlier and left a COVID virus on that rock. That's why healthcare workers don't get 100% sick pay. Because they didn't get it from 100 patients in direct contact. No, from Lojze who sneezed on the way to Krim and you passed by an hour later, that's how you got sick. You, you Lojze! Where have we come to... One more month and we'll grab popcorn for vaccine debates...

Or they had that most expensive device available like we do at work, which contactlessly measures exactly 36.2°C every day (even when I had 38°C) Yeah, as it says, devil's in the details. There are only 9 billion human vectors for transmission, so we'll somehow monitor them. For surfaces, as my late friend said - nothing that a good scraper, sandpaper, bit of PUR foam and leveling compound won't fix

My heart rejoices when I read how many anti-corona solutions are available here. We have everything: from good, better, to the best solutions. Now it's the government's turn to pick concrete ideas and solutions for this dangerous scourge. Bye corona! Off to the dustbin of history.

Might sound banal, but measures have worked to some extent, no matter who ordered them and what they are. Anyway, maybe better fear of aerosols than constant proving one's right.

As soon as measures loosen, it'll be like before. Mass gatherings, parties, crowds in tourist spots. Very quickly we'll be locked down again.

Primož, this selfie of yours is the best. Landscape and all... Times are always the same. Just people nowadays are spoiled, arrogant, full of everything and want - demand - like a baby, to have it right away, if not they whine... As for the measures: Just as in an accident the best seatbelt doesn't help if you're not buckled in, so during an epidemic the best measures don't help if they're not followed. It's sad that part of the population doesn't follow measures because they think they're harming the government. What idiocy! They're harming healthcare workers and fellow citizens, or consciously spreading the virus and inciting others to do the same.

Hello. What a drama over one flu! Much better and cheaper would be to increase the number of doctors and beds, rather than destroying the economy and people's lives. Measures? That psychological and physical violence is being carried out on people. Are those the measures?
