I was there alone on 14.3. and 28.2.. February trail was insanely beautiful, when climbers were already in short gear. Last weekend though windy up top and cloudy. Parking always packed. But then people spread out. No problem.

Rocks dry quickly, in the gully there'll surely still be something wet. But something else - tomorrow a solid bora is forecast. The path will be nicely passable, but the ascent will not be very pleasant.

Matej, I would go anyway, day will be nicer than any summer little bora anyway they'll say Vipavci there between 60 and 80kmh.
Otherwise I 100% guarantee you that on slopes of Gr.Tura it doesn't always blow only at start and top of course.
No rain in Vipava today and bora already drying well so . . .

Ejas1234, the snow has unfortunately mostly been taken away given that a nice sunny day has formed. The morning looks like it will probably be a bit frozen then.. If I were choosing, I'd rather wait for some slightly warmer sunlit day  safe step and good luck
