Today already the N-th strudel, made from frozen apples from the treebig grintongue
They say the dough takes quite a bit of work, yeah in 5 min, put it on the stove to rest for 20 min1
Filling with apples, cranberries, two teaspoons cinnamon, a little brown sugar, one lemon2
After one hour it is crisply baked, after 15 min at 200°C spread a piece of butter on top, then 180°C for 45 min3

Viharnik, even the N-th strudel looks inviting already. If the filling was from Carjevič apples, then it was "the best" for sure.

Yes, thankssmile. Since the apples aren't sprayed, we can slice them with the peel, store-bought ones I'd definitely peel first.

Last year there were no home walnuts, this year it varies, at the farmer 1 km away in Šentvid two trees had completely nothing.

Christmas pizza turned out perfect (Tomato and real tomatoes, grated red onion, gouda, artichokes, capers, basil, oregano, herbes de Provence, Lokavski prosciutto). Taste you won't find in pizzerias.
