Today from Žagana peč to this beautiful summit. First we missed the turn-off for the approach to the eastern summit of Kalška gora, which meant some fighting with brush around the tower, but in the end we managed to approach nicely. Over Kalška gora we continued to Kalški Greben and descended to Škrbina. There was still enough will to climb to Jermanov turn, which is a real gem! In the lower part there was quite some fighting with brush there and back. A little before three we descended back to Škrbina and along the beautiful marked path to the place where we descended back to the hunting trail and descended in the ascent direction. On the way back we also found the right entry to the hunting trail that we missed this morning.

Today from Planina Jezerca I visited Kalški Greben and Kalška gora, returned via the path under the ridge through Kalce. Since I unexpectedly extended the tour to Kalška gora, I had to study the forum on the spot to check which of the ridge peaks is Mala Kalška gora. I think I found it... thank God for 4G :P Weather was super (except wind), hikers practically none, which means more animals around the path. Although I was warm all the time walking, all the little lakes by the path were frozen even during the day - winter knocking at the door.

In the morning towards Planina Koren, where some long-maned horses are still grazed.

From Vrh Korena - from Skuta to Turska gora.

Full view, Brana and Planjava were wonderful.

Štajga at Mala vrata (SW ridge of Kočna). Proven very steep :)

Kočna and Grintovec in all their massiveness.

This delicate section in the ridge towards Kalška gora, nice to go this way because you climb it up.

Quick glance towards Storžič in the notch.

This little hill I dubbed Little Kalška gora, hope it's correct.

Just before the car, vinski drozgi provided a pleasant surprise, stopping here on their long journey from the taiga.

On Sunday superb weather worth taking advantage of nasmeh

Along the snowy road almost to Markova ravnina, then quite a long ascent. No one had gone before, so some trailbreaking. Icy only above 2000m, except on the descent from Korena already lower. But that day quite a few people to these areas, but lower surrounding peaks.

Jezerca, Vrh Korena and Kal Ridge, excellent conditions, all along the top and even a good part of the path walked in short sleeves.

Roblek and to Kal Ridge, path dry and without issues. On the ridge it blew hard at times.
