@turbo: yes, apart from hribi.net and that page of the former Dovje priest, I can't find any other source. But I found an article in Planinski vestnik from the 50s where they mention Šetinov rovt in Vrata! There's also Šetinova rida there.

I used the name from the description on hribu.net, didn't delve into where the name comes from It's true that you often notice that certain names in descriptions aren't the same as on maps. Nor are they the same on different maps The road is in good condition, where I parked, i.e. at the intersection, there's space for about 3-4 cars, but there are more options a bit higher or lower.

Hey, is the path to Kepa from Erjavčev rov dry? Especially interested in the section with the chain. Thanks!

I was there today. Both sections with cables are completely dry. Apart from that, there are a few small snow patches on the route. Most of them can be crossed without problem by kicking steps, but they can also be bypassed. The most annoying one is in the notch between Dovška Mala Kepa and Kepa, but it can also be bypassed on the right or higher up on the left. All snow patches on the route can be seen in the picture below.

If the info is useful to someone, I went today from Golica to Kepa and to Bertahütte where I sleep. The hut is open every day from today. https://www.bertahuette-mittagskogel.at/ From Kepa to the hut there are a few smaller snow patches that can be passed without problems without crampons. Probably those shorter snowy parts will melt quickly. The cables and pegs on the route are in excellent condition. Beautiful route, peaks, views

Today to Kepa via Kurjeke. No more snow on the path. I went up from Erjavčev rovt along the marked path past the hunting lodge. Returned off-trail via Kurjeke and through Kloma gorge. Below Gubno turned down steep grasses to the clearing which is nicely visible from the marked path. Biggest problem was descent down the largest ravine due to crumbling. Otherwise no major problems. At Šija saddle turned left and back to starting point through beautiful Kloma gorge. Walking direction didn't work out best for me, much better in opposite direction especially because of that ravine.
