Mrzli studenec, Šija, Veliko kladivo, Malo kladivo, Kofce gora, Toplarja, Veliki vrh, Kofce.
Foggy almost to Mrzli studenec, then suuuunshine.
The renovated hut at Kofce looks very nice.
It was great and quite a few hikers too. Let me add that the road to Mrzli studenec hasn't been so smooth for a long time, without any potholes.

Just a little look for boletus under Košuta but most are already picked. Got 2 on descent at 1600m. Left car somewhere on a forest road and headed through spruce forest towards Šija and on to Kladivo. At the top of Kladivo some snowflakes danced. Then went over Kofce gora to Veliki vrh and back on the lower path through spruce forest to the car. On the way home still a check in Naklo,

Conditions today were phenomenal. At the top a few patches of snow. Temperature a few degrees above freezing, little wind.

Today from Mrzli studenec, past the hut to Veliki vrh. Continuation to Kladivo…tavelkega and across planina Šija back to Kofce.
Road to the starting point in quite bad condition. Low cars better stay in the valley.zavijanje z očmivelik nasmeh

Exactly as garmont wrote. We too today with the car from Jelendol to Planina Pungart and further across planina Šija to Kofce. The road is worst in the initial part, where I first thought I missed and was driving on some unmaintained forest road. Further on a bit better, but at certain spots quite deep potholes. So with a low car it's hard to get up...

Today nice tour over five peaks along the Košuta ridge.
Veliko Kladivo-2094m,Malo Kladivo-2036m,Kofce gora-1967m,Toplar-2000m,Veliki vrh na Košuti-2088m.Nice path that offers wonderful views in all directions.

I wanted to post under: crossing Košuta but I don't know if it's possible or not. Yesterday I successfully traversed the Košuta ridge from Veliki vrh to Košutnikov turn. Whenever I looked at this ridge it didn't give me peace, yesterday I finally tackled this feat. Path without special features, well visible and marked, only in the last part some wire a bit loose. Of course the path drags on, you go down and up several times substantially. Timetable: total with breaks 14 hours, pure walking I'd say 12 hours. At 5.00 start below Matizovec, to Kofce 1 hour, at Veliki vrh from 7.30, to Kladivo 1 hour. For the whole ridge from Veliki vrh to Košutnikov turn 5 hours. 1 hour for descent to Dolgih njiv, then walk across Tegoško planina, planina Pungart and Šija to Kofce, which took 3 hours. At Kofce well-deserved štruklji and another 1 hour to Matizovec.
