What are conditions from Konec to Kokrsko sedlo, crampons mandatory or recommended? What's further, to Grintovec via streha say?

We were yesterday with girlfriend on Grintovec and conditions are as follows; very little snow, except on Grintovec roof where crampons recommended, otherwise blown everywhere and path parts with none. Anyway nice track now, no problem for those going up.
If anyone knows someone with keys to hut at Kokrsko sedlo tell them someone forgot to close window and now open on oberlift of that red protection which is on every other window but nowhere!!! Don't know if left open on purpose but doubt it!

With the car you can't get all the way to the cable car at the end, you have to park a bit before Žagana peč, then happy trail under your feet
gams44, the open window is the very bottom left one, if looking at the hut from the benches in front of the hut!!

Today it was blowing hard on the Ridge, that without crampons someone could be knocked over (and blown away). Also very hard snow near the top, partly icy. With four-wheel drive no problem to the lower cable car station.
Otherwise nice day.

I was also at the top of Grintovec, it was blowing a bit at times but bearable...
crampons on the ridge are useful, because a large part of the snow is frozen and hard.

Good people!
on the descent from Kokrsko Saddle my brother's ice axe fell from his backpack, we didn't look for it because it was getting dark, we noticed the loss only in Kamniška Bistrica :/
Whoever goes to the saddle in the next days and finds a hiking ice axe Raveltik 55cm, please let me know. Finder gets a beer

road from Kamniška Bistrica to the end of the cargo cableway is covered with snow and ice, 4x4 shouldn't have problems, yesterday a Skoda Octavia was parked at the cableway, or maybe with chains. I personally left the car in Kamniška Bistrica and went on foot. wheel tracks are rutted and often icy. but true it warmed up a lot and condition might be much better now

Yesterday morning around 8am I tried to go up and couldn't, everything was iced over, even though I have new tires and drove slowly.. Another guy told me when we met that he couldn't either.. During the day when it warms up it would surely go..
