My mom always baked fennel potica, how good it was. I think we ate it all before reaching the top, if not already on the train, which was the main means of transport back then.

Here I'll add some history myself.
Year 65 of previous century. Which peak it was taken on won't be hard to guess. Nice memories!?

Well, let me tell some history too.
It really was like that. We hiked without poles, in flannel shirts, velvet pants, homemade snack, in leather Alpinist boots!!!, even tough tours. Not often in winter, less trodden but we did. Probably forgot something.
But have you thought that today the same is possible!??!
All possible especially without poles (path and greenery not poked....) and all above.
Some still do, no velvet knickers....., not nostalgia but nature respect.

Großglockner, the highest peak of Austria, our northern neighbor, which you all probably know. Standing on top of that mountain is such a nice experience again, and if wonderful weather accompanies it, everything is even nicer. Definitely, I wouldn't have made it without CPD-Matica guides and thank them even today, although years have passed since the trip.

There are many glaciers on all sides, so the neighboring waters have full troughs.

Everything in ice, everything in flowers, everything in beautiful memory.

The weather is more spring-like than winter-like, especially temperatures are too high for January, snowdrops are not in sight yet, so I am showing you some of them.

We are happy girls, since winter has packed away its pots.

Daisies tiny flowers on which honey is obtained.

White yellow, so bees don't see it blurred.

Dandelion blooms, mountain paths are increasingly visited.

This is no longer a picture, but live stream, as we already get cell signal in the forest.

Nature itself is responsible for the overall picture, I think there is nothing to reproach it for.

I see a hare, you catch it, of course if it lets you.

I am the real one, I just escaped the hunting fun.

Something wants to tell, I think drink milk, everything is eco, eco!

It has a head, but doesn't know how to eat and drink.

This one has it over the belt, said pob aloud.

I think it stands on a branch and fears falling.

Otiv, you really have lots of nice photos. It is very pleasant to look at them and thanks for sharing them with us.

Pics in albums as the trips followed. For memories, I select interesting ones with some humor. I almost need an archivist, so many photos pile up, not speaking of the mountain of slides.

otiv, congrats. At that time they had ibexes in treatment for mange. They were as tame as kittens. I'll attach proof of the place
