My memories of mountains through the lens

In the mountains even a person can have mishaps, and it happened to me on the Italian Triglav-Gran Paradiso, where just below the summit nausea hit me, so I had to quit and sit in the snow. The fog was a consolation to me, to friends on top probably not.

Ants on the glacier, if I had known what awaited me, I would have just lain down in the hayloft.2
Snowy expanses, they let you breathe, only the air is a bit thinner they say.3
Here the sun was still shining for our joy, but look, soon the fog arrives.4
If the sea were close by, I would say a whale has run aground.5
Clouds have covered the sky and veiled the mountain.6
In the valley again healthy and ready to conquer other heights.7
This is at our place, in the little land where it's like in a fairy tale, only if we are not at the witch's home.8
And this one too is from the home grove, as foreign lands are a nuisance for me.9

The Italian Triglav wasn't our only goal, we also ascended Breithorn, which we conquered without trouble, as I think it's one of the easiest four-thousanders by the approach. And the cable car was also welcome for our feet.
I wouldn't reach Matterhorn even in dreams, I did the tour to it with a photograph.1
And we're already on the glacier, good the sun isn't on the price list. View of Matterhorn2
What all is seen in the picture I can't tell you, for here mountains are like leaves at our home.3
And again ants at work and soon on the other bank.4
No time for breaks, the sun just burns.5
This is our goal Breithorn 4165ma.s.l., Not demanding mountain, but glacier path drags long.6
And proof we reached the summit and shook hands.7

To soften us all a bit, I'll attach some roses, since we like to look at them and remember the warm summer.
It's already a few degrees warmer for us, isn't it?1
We don't belong to summer, we are spring flowers, but we are still a joy.2
A cushion of flowers for the pillow of joy.3
But I am not a flower, as you see I am a tree painted with autumn color.4
The same tree, only painted differently.5
Now you see why we say golden autumn.6

Struška mountain between Golica and Stol is in spring one big flower. I think there is no mountaineer who wouldn't check out this natural arboretum. Only nice weather must accompany you, as it did me.
And you won't need to grind your knees, just choose the right path.1
This is not on Golica, it is on Struška, where daffodils also bloom, beautiful white flowers.2
Everything blooms and the heart is happy these days. May it be so for you all year long.3
All blue, like the sky, spring is coming to this land.4
In spring cherries also bloom, but you don't need to go to the mountain to see them.5
We're already going, we'll come back.6

I've wanted to go to Golica for a while when it's blooming, and I see it's nice on Struška too, Stol is last in this Karawanks line I know, what delights ... to roll into that grass on 1st pic, maybe we'll make it this year.
But oh well, when from Styrian end such long drive.

@jprim; Struška is gorgeous and despite distance, believe me, worth a visit! Visited it last year and no regrets for the km; multicolored and diverse flower carpet and superb viewsvelik nasmehnasmeh... "to blend into the grass"-roses; for me much prettier than Golicanasmeh; lp adding a couple of pics for "delights", sadly from mobile

Skuta is a mountain to which I'm bound by only beautiful memories, probably you too, so I think it's dear to all our hearts.
View of Skuto, which everyone knows, to climb it is my lucky day.1
For us who are from east of Trojan, the closest path to the mountain top is through Turški žleb.2
Autumn, it is really the right time to ascend to Skuta, you just have to start the tour a little earlier. Grintovec3

I gladly look at your pictures otiv, if there are animals on them too, they make them even prettier. And I'm curious where the picture with the little sheep and ibex was taken.

It was nice for me in the mountains when photographing all that, now I show all of you what I love.
The sheep I photographed on the path to Lanež (near Raduha), the ibex somewhere on the path from Korošica towards Planjava, if I'm not mistaken.
