On Saturday went with Brando from Logarska dolina via Kopinškova to Ojstrica. To Škrbina anyone can get, further on ice axe and crampons necessary, as snowfields are crossed several times. The biggest challenge is crossing the scree on the north side below the summit. Now there's continuous 300m of snow there. Small patch on top.
Descent to Korošica complicated by fog, which with snowy paths caused longer route searching. Then directly down the snow tongue to Korošica (continued to Planjava next day).
Bottom line: without ice axe not safe yet.

Interested if anyone went these days to Ojstrica via Kocbek path over Mala Ojstrica. Are there still snowfields on the way. On Friday 11.6. planning with friend from planina Ravne up this path to Ojstrica summit.

can someone tell what conditions on Ojstrica. We'd go Friday from Planina Podvežak, over Mala Ojstrica, back past Kocbek hut. thanks in advance.

On ascent I think no more snow. On descent to Kocbek hut there are still some snowfields, but they cause no problems, so happily on the way. No need for ice axe or crampons. We were on 11 June from planina Ravne, didn't use ice axe or crampons cuz snow was such you could nicely "ski" with boots on it.

I see some don't have anything sensible to do again and attack the forum post that doesn't belong here at all...
petruša just today I was up, from Podvežak towards Ojstrica no snow patches left, path is dry, at the top only on north side sample snow from last days but already completely melted. path dry from both directions, but good to use some side snow patches during descent for easier descent as rogi said! and best regards!

From the couch.. to you I
from my experience you can expect still in the last part (north side of the wall) crossing on snow. This crossing at this time is no longer so dangerous, because you can use crossing on the snowfield under the wall. Myself at this time I had no special problems on this path.
