Yeah, that's a special class again, deep wading through scrub.. you get fed up with that quickly, plus usually some yelling and cursing velik nasmeh

Hehe, Pero... yeah, my first visit to Rzenik fits that category...1h from the pasture to the top. Thinking there was enough snow for an easy straight line up zadrega

Kafetarca, probably not much changed from my description... so muddy right at the start, then with altitude the snow layer thickens slowly, under the snow it was icy in places, so caution is advised.

Today through Dol. Dry up to 1100m, then on the steepest part of Dolski graben icy base that requires quite some caution.

Packed snow starts at the passage to Planina Dol (10 cm). From there towards Planina Rzenik it increases exponentially and at Mlakarjeva bajta we were already up to our balls in snow. Available time was the key factor that we finished the (tough) ascent 80 vertical meters below Rzenik, unexpectedly rewarded with a 15-second view out of the fog on the main peaks of KSA and then had a snack and returned along the ascent path.

Super day well spent.

Today we were on Konj. From planina Dol we followed footprints which ended at Planina Rzenik. We continued on our own to the top of Konja. Since there was brush under the snow, our track doesn't stick to the summer path and probably won't be usable for long!
