Today up Kopiščarjeva, down Slovenska. Only one snow patch left, which can be bypassed. No crowds.

On Tuesday, despite the work agreement, my partner and I headed to Prisojnik. Since last year we had done Kopiščarjevo and Grebensko, we chose the less visited path over Kajzljeva škrbina. Already well above the notch a call came and we had to turn back. When we were back right before the junction to the Slovenska path, another call that the work issue had been resolved. We exchanged glances and wordlessly turned up the Slovenska. Almost at the top we saw we had been right under the saddle, above which after ca. 100m the path from the notch joins the Slovenska and descent here would be faster and easier. Well, despite the complications, we summited. At the top it was colder than warm and without excessive visitors. Path without special features. As we then saw from the saddle, quickly below the saddle on the path to Kajzljeva škrbina there is a small snow patch. Since we turned a bit before it earlier, I cannot determine its passability.
Despite the cold weather, then during the day analysis on the terrace at Vršič, two beers and two coffees were downed.

Interested in your opinion, was on Špik (up past krnica down over Kačji greben). Wondering if Prisojnik via Slovenska path more demanding tour than mentioned on Špik?

No. I recommend ascent via Grebenska. Might be slightly more demanding, but if no problems there, probably none here either.

Just the path/route name tells which one has more exposed spots.

The Grebenska on Prisojnik is much more exposed than Slovenska, or the marked path on Špik.

Is the path to Kajžljeva škrbina well marked?
Many years ago it wasn't, and fog did its thing .
Need to repeat it.

On Saturday, my companion and I did Hanz's path to Prisojnik. Unlike the indescribable crowd on Triglav last weekend, this was a quite solitary tour, beautiful and enjoyable. Even on other paths there were quite a few mountaineers at the top. Snow patches are just remnants, so no winter gear is needed until new snow. Descent via Slovenska, then hitchhike to Koča na Gozdu. The first van stopped for us.

Today I went via Kopiščarjeva, nicely maintained. Some cables look new.
But it's true that it's quite demanding, legs can shake

Despite the bad weather now, with my buddy hoping it improves by weekend 10.-11., meaning dry and snow-free paths to Prisojnik. If not, cancelled!
Idea ridge up, south (Slovenska) down. Or reverse.
Wondering if this path is suitable for someone with quite some mileage in mountains, but most demanding ascents only:
Bovški gamsovec (and Stenar) via Sovatna (up-down),
Kredarica from Pokljuka (up-down),
Mala Tičarica to Double Lake (down),
Storžič via SW ridge (up),
Brana via Kamnik saddle,
Begunjščica via Calvary (up),
Jež ridge to Zvoh above Krvavec.
Descent always more problematic due to fear of slipping, falling if nothing to hold left-right!

Path is suitable, most problematic part is ridge from front window to summit. On Slovenska there are some small cables and pegs, nothing demanding.
To me Dovška vratca - Bovški Gamsovec seemed more demanding than these two paths on Prisojnik.
But snow has fallen now...

Agree with nejckov, Dovška vratca - B. Gamsovec is technically harder than ridge, but exposure is greater on ridge, which matters for possible fear of heights.

The problem is not cables and pegs, i.e., technical difficulty, but exposure without the possibility to hold on to anything but the ground, the so-called "free" height.
Cables and pegs are a cool thing and it's great fun to climb or descend on them. Plus, they give confidence.
Last year on B. Gamsovec, I remember it being most uncomfortable for me (knees a bit soft at times) on the way back from the start of the summit down the narrow steep path to the first cables, and then after the end of the technically demanding part again on the narrow path that zigzags above the sheer Kriški podi. But luckily there is the right wall of the mountain which you can "hold on to" for greater safety. Up I went like a chamois, down at times like a centenarian. But the feeling of success was indescribable.
Also e.g. Storžič via SW ridge, which is quite airy, I went up bp., down I wouldn't choose for the return, because of the scary view on very steep grassy slopes and fear of slipping. And I went via Z gully.
True, my colleague is a more experienced mountaineer, without fear of heights, and that is a great mental relief for me. But I wouldn't bash my head against the wall.

Sunday, 4.4.2021 - Prisank via ridge
Parked at Vršič and first had to climb 2m from parking to get on path to Tičarjev dom. Base concrete so very glad probably to avoid postholing. Progressed nicely and quickly reached junction to window or to ridge. There didn't put on crampons, probably nothing wrong if I had. So reached first gully and thought a bit maybe doable, then better went bit further to second gully where usual winter path goes. Path trampled, steps made so swapped poles for ice axe, put on helmet and crampons and looked around.
Mojstrovke started closing in and hoped better on Prisank. But the higher I went, the worse it looked. Some snowflakes appeared so... whatever will be. At top of gully towards Triglav still bit bright so hoped weather super - as forecast. Just above gully saw that side windblown, snow already gone - path to window bare while on ridge, when turns to window snow again. So took off crampons, went on, reached snow, put on crampons again and Žak caught up, so after short talk agreed to continue together.
Past window climb on rock, then straight to ridge where met mountaineer already descending. Somewhat white around eyebrows and said windy on ridge. So went to ridge, saw windy and retreated few meters lower. Followed by changing clothes, glove swap then boldly ahead. On ridge at three (key) spots rock so help with pitons, rest nicely snow-covered. At one spot see how the ledge will break off, so careful. Towards summit turned from ridge more horizontally as more snow there and last few meters vertically frontpointed to summit.
On ridge IT WAS WINDY. And view closed. So didn't linger long and started descent. Then it started opening, became scenic and wind eased a bit. When view opens also much better see if you trip you go very fast down to... Kranjska Gora probably. So descended from ridge and past window better bypassed below so not to crampon on rock, then back to path and with interesting talks to car. Safe!
