Hi, I'd like to go from Vršič to Prisojnik then along Jubilejna to Razor. Haven't done this path yet and a bit worried cuz don't know what to expect (conditions and difficulty). Last year they were renovating it. Anyone got current info?

Jubilejna counts as one of the hardest, if not the hardest secured path here. Really exposed but well protected. Last year closed due to torn cables, now all ok.

Is the path from Zadnjica over Kriški pode to Razor fully dry or does snow cause problems anywhere?
If someone walked it recently cuz going with son, otherwise call hut.

Up to the hut it's dry, Razor is still in the snow. But there is a dry path to Stenar, Križ. In between there is one snowfield that can be bypassed without problem.

A year has gone by (two days earlier) and I set off on this path again. Since I'm getting slower and slower, the 'directed' mode in Vrata suits me somehow , as I drove there for the second time by van at a very inhumane time for me. During the drive I even dozed off a bit, before five I'm already lighting the Hut in Vrata with my headlamp. I turn it off only after reaching the forest under Sovatna. I enjoy the hike, backpack is light, I walk in the shade all the way to the saddle with Lower Stenar. On the mountaintop I enjoy the solitude, didn't meet anyone on the way here either, as everyone was heading to Triglav, at least twenty lights were frantically seeking a crossing over the strongly swollen Triglavska Bistrica for entry to Tominšek's path.
When the clothes dry (except cotton pants) I descend back to the saddle and over nasty scree to Pogačnik. The small number of people in and around the hut surprised me, even more so on the path to Razor and on it, where I was alone for almost an hour. The complete route of the path is in good condition, I'd highlight only the cables in the Jump above Sovatna, as they are without exception all very loose, some pins pulled out too. This time I didn't miss the return transport, the small bus takes me right to my pony.

Tone, you're too self-critical and harsh about some apparent slowness. Many wouldn't spoil their life with speed and speed records. Many would be glad to achieve at least one percent of your wonderful mountain tours. Good luck for many more years!

Last time to Rokava we boarded at the starting station as two, on Friday I was the only one. At the next two or three stations the van was full. True, both times I went with the first one at four. On return at 17:15h there were about 12 of us in the minibus.

On weekends they're full. I suggest boarding at the parking in Prode. For the return they pack even 30 into a van for 20 people 😀
