Hi. Anyone recently to Rjavina from Kot valley via climbing path? Still any snow patches on path? Thanks nasmeh

Actually we were yesterday on Vrbanovih Špicah, climbing path looks dry from afar. From junction to climbing to Stanič need to cross quite a few snow patches, but easy. Might hit something trickier on descent from Rjavina to Stanič.

Yesterday we went from Kot to Rjavina, then towards Stanič and back to Kot. The path has some snow patches, but they are easy, so no winter gear is needed.

garmont, better not to mention free parking, otherwise some idea might quickly occur to the sheriffs

@ločanka, I think some local sheriffs have already got ideas about new ramps...regardless of what we discuss here on hribi.net...zmedenjezen

Last Saturday some cars were fitted with green supervisor notices on the wipers, but it's true that folk parks everywhere...

In all three Triglav valleys the same parking regime should apply. Given the current goings-on, excessive and harmful destruction of micro-locations is occurring in Kot valley.

If there's no order in the country there can't be in the mountains either, regarding everything and not just parking in the three valleys. If you go from Voje valley on a tour over 12 hours, parking is 3 euros per hour, you immediately realize it's not normal. True, municipal ''sheriffs'' do everything for money, euros are important like dollars in America, they don't give a fuck about anything, even PZS who want to enter Triglav National Park. But people wanted ''Little Switzerland'', now they have it and complain more every day.

That the same regime will be in all 3 valleys is probably also in the municipal officials' plan. Of course, like Vrata...

Little Switzerland we already have...or even surpassed it. As for parking fees.

Hello, interested in comparison of route to Rjavina via climbing path and to Prisojnik through front window. Did the latter, now planning Rjavina. Thanks for replies.

Hi @Tajka67, I've done both routes, Rjavina has its charm, since there are way fewer people there than on the path to Prisojnik. It requires great caution though, lots of steep terrain, but all is secured. My opinion, if you enjoyed Kopiščarjeva, you'll enjoy Rjavina too. Good luck.

With these things it's of course "to each his own", but on Rjavina it's definitely not harder than Kopiščarjeva, rather I'd say considerably easier. Only near the exit from the wall is there one quite exposed spot, but well protected.

Plan probably up the wall then along the ridge to Staniča dol?

Rjavina is easier for me because there's much less "climbing" than on Kopiščarjeva. In terms of difficulty, Rjavina is in my opinion a shade easier, both are around B/C.

Thanks to everyone for the answers. ŠpRo29, it suits me if there are fewer people; the pleasures on the path are so much greater. Trobec, that's exactly the plan. Lukito, for me it's easier on all fours than just endless walkingnasmeh. Thanks again to everyone, when I manage to walk it I'll report. Regards and safe steps.
