Often we start our hikes in remote hill villages where time has stopped. Abandoned houses remain, some long abandoned, some already collapsing, many turned into beautiful weekend homes. No more children's bustle. Peace and quiet reign. Mini chapels remain by the houses, on the hills lovely churches like this one near the village Kal, actually it belongs to the neighboring village.
