8.2.2025 Smrekovec
Parked at Brložnik. Road through Ljubijo nicely drivable. On top few cm snow and strong S/W wind. Much colder than at hut. Continued along ridge to Krnes. Closer to top more fog wraps us, wind doesn't ease. Up to Krnes top, no views today. Back lower variant. Down meadow to Hunters' hut. Back to hut along track in 40min.
Hut pleasantly warm, lots of visitors. Treated to

Walked 14.3km.
On return visited Ljubija spring. Road to spring arranged.

Today on path Ljubija spring - Smrekovec Hut - Smrekovec - Krnes - Komen and back past hunters' hut Kernes.
Path through gorge and forest roads and tracks to Smrekovec Hut and further along ridge ideal for dog. On Smrekovec some people, otherwise had whole path to ourselves. jezik

The road to the starting point is normally drivable.

normally passable, but consequences are visible

to Dom na Smrekovcu, the mountain path is quite icy

Planjava and Ojstrica as well as Grintovec, Skuta and Rinke

from the summit of Smrekovec towards Velenje

and in the other direction towards the highest KSA

along the ridge gaiters may be useful for some

on the road to Dom na Smrekovcu there was quite a bit of snow

farm Leskovšek from the other side and Sveti Križ

and the narrowest part to the starting point
