Black Gož isn't completely black, but a bit brownish yellow around the head and underside. Black Viper is completely black and that's VIPER!

Could be, especially if photographed more on coastal ends. If it was black adder, it would look rougher, this one clearly smooth. Shame head not visible. Belongs among smooth snakes, very useful and completely non-venomous.

no, photographed in Žirovski vrh. Apparently strong wind when observed. Was black, only under chin somewhat patterned.

The snake's head really isn't visible on ločanka's picture, but it is noticeable—at least I see a long thin tail. It can't be a viper then

And on @juska's pic that black snake also isn't an adder. Also here long thin tail, characteristic of non-venomous snakes.

Venomous snakes are venomous. Non-venomous aren't venomous, that's the easiest way to distinguish them.
Also, venomous ones are stocky with a short pointed tail, non-venomous have a long pointed tail.
