Boštjan MK, you know in mountains rules and decrees don't apply... mountains know no borders nor municipal divisions... the summit lets up anyone who is mentally and physically prepared for such an ascent regardless of the time we live in... in mountains you help even the biggest enemy in trouble.... you know in mountains there are no police but penalties for overtaking on the left or without proper gear like helmet, ice axe etc. can be much higher than if a cop stops you riding a motorbike without helmet... I've met lots of people from all Slovenia on summits these days and no one accused anyone because they are not from the same municipality, quite the opposite... nobody was afraid that someone from another municipality would bring them the virus... thank God some have their own sense regardless of penalties if the government doesn't. Fear of the virus seems the biggest enemy for some... but it's also a question where we'll end up if we shut down and lock ourselves for a couple of months for every such new virus; there will be many such viruses in the future... otherwise I fully agree as Primož already wrote.

with hairdressers it's almost worse than with hip surgery. I mean the waiting time. I signed up today and get my turn on 8.5. at 18h in the evening, so fifth day after they start work again. For real  For nails I dare not guess what awaits you  Anyway, gotta get ready for Storžič, since we're talking about Storžič, right Primož

So hikes to mountains thus aren't worthy for those who actually can't get to them - without breaking the movement restriction decree - and for them it's better to stay home in future..
Thus: Prekmurci, Zasavci and Posavci, Dolenjci, Belokranjci, Ljubljančani, Notranjci and most Štajerci, Korošci and Primorci..

@ločanka, did you read what @turbo wrote, nothing very encouraging  I have a hairdresser in my municipality, for nails I have to go to the neighboring one. You have veeery "rich" hair anyway, you can't tame them more
@j, when I once whined at work that my back hurt, boss told me it's all in the head. Two years ago I took her to Triglav, girl wanted to get up once. She succeeded without problem. When returning she said at Jezerci, oh god still whole hour to car. I told her, come on don't whine, it's all in the head
