In the last two weeks I was up there twice. Also last Saturday.
They didn't collect neither in the morning nor on return.

As I already wrote; already first Sunday in October they didn't collect (at least up at 7am) no one there. On return there was some traffic police car and officer waved at us, I waved back and drove on smoothly (I drove as second or third in convoy)

Hi, just asking for advice - trip planina Blato - hut at Triglav Lakes - ok? I want to go there this weekend. I've already been via Komarča and back via Komna. Given that the snow will melt, is it safe?

the hut is definitely closed, but I'm wondering if the SPP stamp from the Triglav Lakes hut is available now in winter too? Maybe the one from Prehodavci is accessible somehow?
