Great! Now I'd just ask if anyone knows if the stamp from the Triglav Lakes hut is maybe somewhere outside? I'm doing SPP so I need the stamp... Next weekend round could be: Dom na Komni (stamp), Vogel (stamp), Rodica (stamp), Triglav Lakes hut (stamp ???) and Prehodavci (stamp)

Come on, if any of you goes to those parts please check and report, or someone who was there this winter already - Triglav Lakes hut. Thanks

Last weekend I also visited the Triglav Lakes hut and can confirm that there is no stamp outside. But they have it at the Dom na Komni. Just for info.

Small crampons are enough for now. I went without crampons, but it's icy in places and therefore you have to bypass the path in many spots....

I was on this circular trail last weekend. Above 1400 it's icy, otherwise bare, Komarča completely bare and dry. Between Komna and Triglav Lakes there's some snow and also ice in between. High boots and small crampons come in handy, but it's possible without crampons too....

I was last Sunday (3.5.) from Planina Blato on both paths.

Winter gear not needed anywhere, just good waterproof boots in places nasmeh

Yesterday from Planina Blato to pl. pri Jezeru, pl. Dedno polje, pl. Ovčarija, over Prode to hut at Dvojno jezero. Back over Štapce, Ovčarijo, pl. Viševnik and back to pl. pri Jezeru. Mud in abundance. Some snow on path between Ovčarijo and Štapce and Ovčarijo and pl. Viševnik. Soft snow, sinks quite deep. With waterproof boots and good caution it goes without issues. More demanding part from Štapce to lake completely dry.

Hi, if you park at Savica before 6am and leave the car for a couple of days, do you pay anything when leaving the parking? Bohinj website says 8 eur per day, sometimes it was 3 eur on arrival...

Given that there is no barrier there but they collect parking fees manually, I think there is no need to pay anything. I don't know at what morning hour they start collecting.

Yesterday 21.5. parking fees not collected yet. Snow starts a bit before Črni and there's more and more. Smart ones without gear not going further yet, but the loop over Orliče to Komna despite snow "works" and is trampled. Barely visible tracks greatly ease orientation. Before Jezeri right, over snowfield midway on the traverse under Tičarca. Some nasty patches under Rušnata still waiting to melt. Štapci dry, up a combination of south slope and bushes. Eagle circles over me, marmot hides timely under the summit. Always forget how steep it is down to Savica. Brrr...
