Today on Turska gora through the žleb. Path without features, not very warm, above 2200 m covered with clouds, so no great views mrk pogled Praise to PD or the group that maintains the path through the žleb, as I see the cables will be fixed higher than before - the part where that annoying scree section is.

Today was a wonderful day for visiting our mountains. To Turkish Mountain I went via Kotliče and back the same path. Fixed protections are in good condition, but the path is very crumbly. Therefore helmet is mandatory part of equipment (on the head). It was a beautiful day, which offered wonderful views. Nice mountaineer's greeting.

V Koncu - over Žmavčarje - past bivouac under Skuta - Turkish Mountain

Road from Kam.Bistrica under cable car to Kokrsko sedlo and to last parking in V Koncu was sometimes in better condition, sometimes also worse in this time (bumps!), but for now still dry and passable. Dry snow on path starts mid forest and increases to about 10 cm on scree, not much more to bivouac, from there mostly frozen, locally in drifts quite a lot over boot. Approach to summit from junction to Turski žleb onwards well trodden (where sinks ca 30 cm snow), as quite some visitors from this side today, of course winter gear mandatory for summit approach.
At summit midday quite windy, wind significantly increased cold feeling.
Descent same path past bivouac to valley locally quite tricky, as slips a lot to forest, big crampons too much, small ones almost too little. In short lower part lacks bit more snow, or bit more thaw, for more stable and safe step.

Today from Konca over Gamsov skret and on to bench under Skuta, then also to Turkish Mountain, return over Žmavčarje. The path over Gamsov skret was eased by two predecessorsnasmeh. But the path itself is quite strenuous, because on some parts windblown, elsewhere drifted snow to knees. At entrance to climbing part pegs and cables out but quite icy. Stop at bench under Skuta and then 100m lower and back up towards V.Grebenu. Path under Malimi podi and towards Turkish Mountain without features, base hard, except where drifted snow more caution is needed. Back past bivouac under Skuta and over Žmavčarje to valley. If I went again, I would avoid Gamsov skret and choose Žmavčarje. Bivouac under Skuta was open, don't know who forgot to close it and consequently upper door damaged. I managed to close upper door with little force, I hope it stays that way.

Beautiful tour!
But this with doors on bivouacs is already quite "contagious". Same was about a month ago at bivouac under Grintovec. I spent almost one hour to fix them enough so they can be closed.

Today to the springtime Turkish Mountain. In the morning the path from the waterfall towards Okrešelj was icy in places, further to the entry into Turski žleb a nice track. In the gully mixed, some new snow on the old base that sinks to the compact layer. Exit from the gully to the top of Turkish super conditions, in the morning!
Return already more or less rotten snow below. From Okrešelj to Rinka a careful descent, despite the thaw still slippery,

Today on Turkish Mountain via Žmavčarje past the bivouac under Skuta. Road to Konec already cleared. No peculiarities on the path, you have to cross snow patches twice - today winter gear was not needed for safe crossing. The summit was unfortunately in clouds.

Today on Turkish Mountain through Turkish gully and back same path. Super conditions, only in Turkish gully stones flying from all sides, because two groups of ibex in the gully and above it.

Today on Turkish Mountain, weather excellent, a huge number of visitors on all peaks, the gully was quite calm, at the exit from Kotličev a couple of solid rocks rolled down from Brana, directly on the path from Okrešelj to Kam. saddle. Luckily all dodged nasmeh
