Isn't that the terraced slanted shelf under Szalay Ridge?

dprapr, I also think it's this one. What did they call it... bicycle traverse?

Although the shadow in the last picture points more to a southern or south-western slope, unless it was taken fairly late.

Jure 1977 in these pictures is a climber, but he went along that ledge without any protection. We talked when he returned through Turski žleb, that it's just a short training for him. This ledge goes left towards under Turkish Mountain. It starts about 100m from the start of the secured path, but starts on the left side of the gully if looking uphill. It was incredible with what speed he overcame the ascent almost without gripping.

Anyway for Szalay-Gerin crack the entry isn't on this terrace, but right down below. In the lower part it's also more awkward due to friability.

Yesterday a nice circular tour to Turska gora and Mala Rinka. Starting point: Rinka waterfall. (Okrešelj-Turski žleb-Mala Rinka-Turska gora-Kotliči-hut at Kamniško sedlo-Okrešelj-Rinka waterfall.) Helmet on the path is mandatory, good to have via ferrata set too. Weather wonderful, superb views. On the path met only three hikers. Nice mountaineer's greeting.

On Sunday, the last day of our hiking meet-up in KSA. I just didn't know under which title to write this, but since Turkish Mountain was the only peak, I chose it.

Turkish Mountain actually wasn't important; the crossing from Kokrško to Kamniško sedlo and back to the valley was. So the path mattered, not the goalnasmeh. I was most interested in the slopes, one and the other, where I had never walked. And what's nicer than admiring the world you've stepped into for the first time and thinking you'd want to go there many times?

And that's what happened to us. The bivouac under Grintovec is placed in such an idyllic spot that I admired it from all sides and marveled at all the beauty surrounding it. I was still looking back at it even after we left it, and I knew right away that I'd return there. Walking on those slopes is also something special.
The gorgeous view of the sharp ridge when you reach the top of Slemen and see its continuation. A bit shivery, but wonderful. But long admiration on Sunday wasn't recommended, as a strong wind was blowing that even pushed us a bit.

We couldn't admire the bivouac under Skuta, since we didn't even know where to look to see it, so it remains as a debt for planning next hikesnasmeh.

ločanka, nice route you walked, bivouac under Skuta is very visible, at signpost for Rinke (from gully direction 10min then you're there), go 15-20m off marked path towards SW - such a viewpoint that invites, there it's nicely visible towards Cojzeva hut, but true, it blends incredibly with surroundings so it's hard to spot, and if memory doesn't fail me, I think it's visible from Turkish Mountain nasmeh

What will it be like?
Can be "concrete"
If you check the weather a bit, you know exactly and also what the base will be.

My personal opinion is to wait a bit more with Turski žleb. Decision is yours of course.
Good luck!
