KRIŽAN - URŠLA - ČRNA
From Križan it was quite tough, I set my pace that I know I'll hold to the top. At the hut I greet Jure. He offers me everything he has. I say goodbye quickly and hurry to the valley. In the valley calmly to Črna as many times before.

From Poštarski dom on Uršlja via Kozarnica, down over Kal.. Loop, 15km..
Super weather, good view, trails nicely arranged, marked and cleaned..
Big crowd at top, Dom was a bit slow so I used backpack supplies..
At Poštarski no problem with service speed

I don't know if it could have been faster or not. It's easy to comment from a distance. In their shoes it would surely be very hard for me, but whether it could have been organized differently (temporarily more people e.g.) - I have no idea.
I just wrote the description of the situation that was, just a comment not criticism.

Yesterday's Uršlja. Path from Ciganija, a bit slippery on snow and ice. Crampons stayed in the backpack.

Two days ago we were on Uršlja, via the ironworks path from Ivarčkega j. We went at sunset. Crampons were welcome so the step doesn't slip, although there isn't much snow from the start or the path is trodden. At the top cold, windy, clear. When the valley is all so festive, this mountainous simplicity and beauty especially suits.

JOža is trolling again  .. just follow the forecast from hribi.net. In the hallway it's said that even our ARSO follows this forecast, plus Bergfex, YR .. And please don't get offended again if someone throws something rude back at you Uršlja is waiting for you prepared

Hi! Please give advice, which path to Uršlja gora would be the best choice tomorrow? That means safe and trodden ? I've been up only once, from Andrejev dom. Would that one do or is another more recommended?

Urška is a very popular spot and besieged from all sides, so no need to worry that any path is not trodden. In winter less pleasant over Kozji hrbet, the steepest of all.
For me, the closest approach is from Slemen or Ciganije.
A week ago there was quite some ice on the road from Ciganije to Križan, so some put on chains.

from Ivarčko jezero (1000m) or higher from Ledine (600m). Worst from Poštarski dom, Mežica, Žerjava

Depends on what you want to give of yourself, if just for the summit and lots of pics, then Ledine or from the ramp count. If going to the hills to hike and sweat, pick a path from the valley, Jazbina, Ivarčko, Poštarski, all paths safe, at certain times. Winter, snow, ice, take crampons,....
