Today the wind was strong again and I was lucky that I didn't have to walk down, as the cable car normally wasn't operating.
Already on the shortcut towards Primož a fallen spruce blocked my path, higher up instead of birdsong, occasional howling of the wind. I thank the designer of Jarški dom that I could relive summer for half an hour nasmeh

Snow nicely crunchy, gaiters were unnecessary. The only person I saw on the hill today was the cable car operator.

The clouds were moving very quickly, none covered the sun for longer than a minute.

Yesterday I took a slightly longer approach to the plateau. nasmeh

I parked below the gondola and first went to Pl. Dol, then turned onto the hunting path to the bivouac, just before the bivouac snow appeared. The continuation to Pl. Rzenik was under snow, sometimes it broke through to the knees, gaiters recommended, because there were no tracks, orientation was more demanding. jezik

To the top of Konj there was some snow, which didn't pose major problems. I descended to Pl. Dol, where it was very lively, I haven't met so many people on this plateau before. I quickly continued to Velika Planina, where I made one big loop around the pastures, due to the crowd at the huts I abandoned the idea of a warm snack and hurried to the highest point, where I chose a comfortable descent. If I got a seat on the chairlift right away, I waited about 30 min for a standing spot in the gondola. zavijanje z očmi

After the morning cloudiness, it turned into quite a nice day, occasionally disturbed by the wind.

The flowers up there are really in full bloom now. Some of you took really artistic photos.
Regarding the visit, Sunday was more like the summer rush, there were plenty of foreigners too. Snow patches are just a nice addition that will soon disappear. I did the classic loop (Calcit, Primož, Pirčev vrh, Jarški dom, Mali Vršič and Poljanski rob, and along it to Gradišče). It adds up to exactly 1400m of elevation and was great relaxation after Friday's očak. I'm glad the trio of huts kept moderate prices. Large tea at Jarški costs e.g. 2.20€ - for comparison, schweps at the Kamnik bypass is 3.40 mrk pogled
