THREE FERRATAS AND GOLICA
Due to bad forecast for the coming days, I absolutely didn't want to miss yesterday's nice day, so I went on a trip that started in the Hvadnik stream gorge. I had some trouble getting to the start of Hvadnik ferrata, as the water was quite high, and it got me a bit wet at the beginning. Amid the pleasant murmur of the stream, I slowly made my way to the top, where I sat down for a moment and enjoyed the view of the sunlit Martuljek group. I went down a bit lower to Jerman waterfall, where I started climbing the Jerman ferrata. The ferrata seemed very difficult to me, but also very beautiful. After the strenuous ascent, I sat at the top and snacked, then after descent, drove by car to Mojstrana. Last time via blue path to Grančišče, this time the red one. As the rating says, the path is easier than Jerman ferrata, just at two spots it seemed tricky. When driving back home by car, I was thinking: Where for a beer? ... to Golica, where else   Attaching some photos.

Nothing new about this ferrata trio for a long time. Today all three. My companions enjoyed the wonderful views. Excellent protections and nicely routed routes. The best of all is the part of Jerman ferrata above the last stream crossing. Offers nice rock climbing with rope belay.

Today there wasn't too much water. But everything was wet and slippery. Caution advised.

Given we're in afternoon thunderstorm season, wondering if it makes sense to visit Hvadnik ferrata in the morning this weekend. Is the stream overflowing?

Not too full, everything "checks out". Just be more careful on individual sections, as the rock is a bit wetter and slippery because of it.

On humid days, it's best by the water. Yesterday in Kozarski, today Hvadnik, Jerman and red Grančišče. The last one is not by water, but the sun was blazing nicely. No pics from there, camera left in the car.

On a hot holiday day there's nothing better than hiding in the Hvadnik gorge. The via ferrata is very nicely routed, with plenty of protection, in the shade and right above the stream, with the shortest possible approach and at low water level without any particularly slippery sections.
In these conditions it's suitable also for beginners and less experienced, but not for very small children, as some might think from the somewhat unusual choice of promotional photo for the via ferrata and which there were quite a few of today. On some spots the distance between pegs is a bit larger, which most adults won't even notice particularly, while kiddos under 120 cm might have trouble.

This is obviously a very fresh event. Just last Sunday I was there and that peg was still there (pic).
But it's true at a key spot, since the rock there is smooth and often wet and consequently the passage can be dangerous for slipping. Because of all users of the via ferrata, especially since it's quite touristic, I hope the thing will be fixed soon...

Yes, that peg is quite crucial. Somehow no longer B/C 
But two foreigners turned back before us. At that time I didn't understand why yet.
Didn't manage to get info who the "manager" is. Municipality, local community, tic...?
