Dejan, better that someone who was there those days tells it.
3 years ago (5.7.) there was practically no snow field below, or it was covered with scree, up in the gully quite some snow. Also of the kind with holes from below, where you have to be especially careful.

On this picture you can see that there might still be some snow inside. My mistake, winter gear would be needed anyway because of the initial snow field. The word except... always exists

Anita Goitan path is officially closed because they need to renew all cables etc. so now it's no longer official via ferrata but alpine route until they arrange everything new.

Nice as always around there. Can add that parking Cave delle mole (like all around there) is free. On nicely arranged Vis pasture for 10 euros you get beer and sandwich besides other offerings because Corsi hut is closed.

If they haven't in between employed some "our experts" for tourism and quasi-sustainable mobility... it's very likely still free. 
But in Zajzeri they installed toll booth and parking rates... just not operating yet. But parking (or more of them) there is much better arranged than say gold-paved (at least by price) road to Blato...

Darinka, parking for Viš pasture is confirmed still free, for now no sign of anything changing there, a few days ago barrier to Viš pasture was open and many drove up... at Rabeljsko Lake and behind Jerebica already automata, 2 eur/hour or 8 eur/day. For Jerebica you can still find a spot by the road not signed yet that you can't (some spots already are). At Rabeljsko Lake, parking where road from Predel comes, always warden checking tickets, so can't quick swim free (2 eur for one hour min tariff).

Thanks both. Yes Jure, we saw last time all full of signs at Rabeljsko Lake that you can't park. Also other side of road. Nothing, seems they tow, as Matej says.
